Roshka Natural Monument covers Roshkistskali River Valley, from the village of Roshka to the Greater Caucasus. The Greater Caucasus slopes and a great number of erratic (‘wandering’) blocks create spectacular landscapes. Two huge diabase (also known as dolerite) blocks are among the greatest erratic blocks in the world. There are comparatively smaller but impressive blocks scattered in large numbers throughout the higher grounds of the valley and near the village of Roshka.
At Roshka Natural Monument, visitors may engage in non-manipulative research and educational activities.
